Items to Change
In accordance with our exchange procedures, the unused, unmodified packaged product on its label and barcode, which can be offered for sale again, can be exchanged on our website within 30 days from the delivery date; You can request a color change for products with a color option for the same product. Products that cannot be offered for sale again cannot be exchanged. We remind you that the right to change or return for each order is a one-time, optional right, and we would like to point out that there will be no change or refund of the change.
We do not have an exchange process on our online site.
Products to be Refunded / Cancelled (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with our return procedures, you must state your request in writing in the empty space at the bottom of your invoice/waybill, within 30 days from the date your order reaches you, in the unused, unmodified package on the label and barcode, which can be offered for sale again, in accordance with the product size and without any damage. A notification will be made by e-mail on the day your product reaches us, and your return request will be processed within 10 working days. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. As a general procedure, it is reflected in the next period statement (1 month).
